SHIPPING & RETURNS
CULT is an owner-operated brick and mortar retail store in Portland, Oregon. We do not use third-party handling services or drop-shipping. All items are carefully packed and shipped by hand, by us, at the store. We do our best to ship items as soon as possible during opening hours – Wednesday through Saturday – however, busy days at the store can occasionally cause delays in shipping. We are unable to transfer packages to third party carriers (UPS, USPS, Fedex) on Sundays, but packages prepared on Sundays will usually be transferred on Monday morning.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are more than happy to ship to customers anywhere in the world, but it is your responsibility (as the importer) to research – prior to purchase – any duties, local taxes, or handling fees that may be levied by your government or mail service. We will provide customs and import declarations on our outgoing shipments as we are legally obligated to do. These will accurately reflect the contents and purchase price of the merchandise.
RETURNS
All books and items from the CULT archive are vintage, accurately described, and sold as-is. We do our best to give detailed information about defects and wear, with pictures and any industry standard grading provided in the listing. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us at the store before making a purchase. We will supply photographs to document the condition.
Due to the rare, collectible, "blindbox" and "out of print" nature of much of the collection, we do not accept returns on these items. Please contact us about this policy before purchasing, or if purchasing a gift, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
