CULT has 2 copies of this very elusive production - The (un?)authorized Star Wars issue. This gorgeous production is a silver mylar book with paper changes, and filled with Star Wars art that was inspired by the films, and most of which is reproduced nowhere else. The book rests inside a large black plastic blister, which can be hung. This holder is sealed in plastic wrap, and then slipped inside a white, slightly crumpled shipping box from the publisher. 

New copy: Unopened blister sealed in plastic, inside publisher's shipping box.
'Fine' copy: Opened for pictures and photography. Book is New. Black plastic blister has slight wear from storage.

24.5 x 24.5 cm. [288] pp. Original silver boards – all edges silver – in ‘Darth Vader black’ plastic case, with original packing box. Illustrated in b/w and colour throughout. – ‘May the force be with you’ – Ben Kenobi’s famous words are just one small part of one of the cult films of the last century.

Comes packaged in a ‘Darth Vader black’ plastic-blister product case [14" x 12"] which can be hung on a wall and is inscribed with Kenobi’s immortal words.

I decided to make work about the Strategic Defense Initiative, a space-based anti-missile system, which was proposed in 1983 by President Ronald Reagan dubbed Star Wars.'
