This special inset from Japan's Dazed & Confused magazine came out in 2007, and has never been removed from its cut-out cardboard holder. Check pictures for more information, but no amount of research could find more about what is inside, or what photography of Hedi's is printed. For a photographer with such a rabid and devoted printed folllowing, consider this a very exotic piece of ephemera.

His name is embossed in large type at the top of the cover. There is a small spot underneath the shrinkwrap where a small spider had crawler in and died... which can be cleaned and removed once the shrinkwrap comes off.
